Charlie O'Brien
Chartered Physiotherapist - MCSP, MAACP, BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy
My journey to therapeutic practice began with my own experiences of rehabilitation and healing which led me to qualify in Yoga teaching at age 19, before pursuing a career in physiotherapy.
I completed my BSc Physiotherapy degree at St. George’s University, London (SGUL), during which I gained experience working in several of the leading teaching hospitals in the UK. Throughout this process, my passion for holistic therapy developed – adopting a biopsychosocial approach which allows me to see my patients as unique individuals with multi-factorial needs.
The mind-body connection underpins my approach to assessment and treatment; thus, I take a multi-faceted, creative approach to rehabilitation with individuals’ goals at the heart of the process.
I believe therapy is a collaborative practice, so I aim to give my patients the tools they need to achieve their health goals beyond their physiotherapy journey. Empowering people to self-manage and reach their true health potential is what motivates me most.

We look forward to seeing you
