Sports Rehabilitation Therapist & Acupuncturist - MSc Sports Therapy, BSc (Hons) Integrated Chinese Medicine Acupuncturist

I qualified as a Bsc Hons Integrated Chinese Medicine Acupuncturist in 2012. Since then, my passion extended to exercise health where I completed my Level 3 Personal Training and Fitness Pilates qualification. Within both practices, I was seeing a variety of musculoskeletal injuries without the ability to offer specific exercise based therapy. To specialise in injury rehabilitation, I completed an Msc in Sports Therapy in 2017 which enables me to assess, diagnose and treat those with injuries obtained from sports, occupation or hobby.

Over the last few years I have been developing my practice to offer a combined approach of holistic therapy, which enables me to treat and aid ailments such as digestive problems, women's health, allergies, mood disorders and muskuloskeletal injuries alongside my extensive knowledge of Injury Rehabilitation, which allows me to diagnose, assess and treat injuries based on movement therapy.

With a caring disposition, I have always been interested in improving health and wellbeing for others' to create happier, healthier lifestyles. Acupuncture has been really helpful to improve my overall wellbeing by alleviating stress, digestive issues and hormone imbalances. Nutrition and diet is another interest of mine, which I am able to offer advice on as an integration of treatment. Exercise is important to me, my preferred sport is swimming and also like to surf and play badminton during weekends off.
