Megan Salmon
Sports Rehabilitation Therapist - BSc (Hons) Sports Rehabilitation
I graduated from St Mary’s University in Twickenham with a BSc (Hons) in Sports Rehabilitation and since then have gained qualifications in pregnancy massage, personal training and I am also a women’s health specialist trainer.
People come to see me for various reasons; whether it be to train for a sporting event and learn how to train safely and correctly or for assistance in returning to day-to-day activities, I take pride in helping each and every one of them achieve their goals.
I offer individually tailored support systems, designed to enhance your health and lifestyle as well as fitness classes and group classes that teach technique correction and rehabilitation. I also have a close working relationship with physiotherapists, chiropractors and personal trainers and draw upon the shared knowledge to assist people back to full fitness and full physical health.
I have enjoyed working within a variety of sports and at different levels, ranging from amateur to semi-professional. This has allowed me to tailor my treatment and protocols to the needs of the sport and the standards at which they need to be met.
Currently on Maternity Leave
Over a number of years, I have also provided massages for various charity events including the London Marathon and The Moon Walk.
I have a passion for pre and post-natal care and that of women’s health to educate and rehabilitate through all stages of life as each stage is a new journey.
