Chartered Physiotherapist - MCSP, MAACP, BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy
After graduating in 2006 from Keele University, I gained a wide variety of experience working in various areas of Physiotherapy, including Trauma and Orthopaedics and the sporting industry with Plymouth Parkway FC and Plymouth Albion RFC.
I have worked in various musculoskeletal outpatient settings for the past decade, including being a Team Lead Physiotherapist for 3 of those years. This involved managing up to 20 other therapists at any one time to ensure high-quality MSK care was delivered to clients across the west of Cornwall. These experiences have helped to further develop my specialist musculoskeletal Physiotherapist skills.
I now offer twice-weekly clinics from The Lady Basset Physiotherapy Centre. I am also a qualified acupuncturist and a member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP).
I share my time working at The LBPC alongside his role as a Specialist Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapist in Occupational Health and Ergonomics Advisor within the NHS. I am also available to offer workplace assessments and advice for companies or individuals.
I am committed to improving my practice and have recently returned to study for a MSc in Advanced Professional Practice in Physiotherapy at Plymouth University.
