Hello, I am Sonia Jeffreys, owner of The LBPC.
I have been a Physiotherapist for 13 years, working across both NHS and private settings. I believe that a combination of hands on treatments with rehabilitation and lifestyle advice gives you the best outcome from treatment.
I remain committed to my continuing professional development and hold specialist qualifications in Orthopaedic Medicine, Acupuncture, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release and Pilates. Each of these qualifications have given me an extra insight into how the body works and how it can be restored to full function.
I am proud of how The LBPC has developed over the years and I have a brilliant team of Therapists to help me deliver a quality service. We strive to provide the best care, both with our expert delivery of treatment and with our customer service. As a team, we care that you get better and stay better as that is what keeps you doing all the things you need or love to do.
