Following the relaxation of some lock-down measures and investment to ensure the clinic is safe for our clients and staff, we are now in a position to offer face to face appointments under certain conditions.
Our team of Physiotherapists have been on hand all this time supporting those in need via Remote Video and Phone consultations. We are now able to go one step further and where appropriate offer face to face appointments back in the clinic.
In line with current guidelines, regulated health professionals such as physiotherapists are encouraged to offer you video consultations where possible to eliminate any exposure to Covid-19 risks. This is known as the Virtual First approach. Please ask us for more information about this if you would like a video consultation.
Please note that any high risk patients should be seen virtually via video consultation
Face to face
To book a face to face physiotherapy treatment, please either call, email or send us a Facebook message. We will then go through a simple Covid-19 screening form, which will take about 5-10 minutes. This information will help us make an informed decision about the best treatment route for you.
If face to face is deemed appropriate, we will email you with confirmation of your appointment along with the screening and consent form. Please fill in your personal details, sign both forms and bring them with you to your appointment. If you don’t have a printer, please don’t worry, we can work around this.
We have also made several changes to the clinic layout and procedures to enhance our infection prevention and control measures to be COVID Secure.

Reviewed all previous health, safety and hygiene policies and enhanced these where required to comply with new regulations.
Sourced and acquired all PPE needed to comply with PHE and Professional regulations to continue with safe treatment.
Undertook a deep clean and will be continuing to do weekly deep sanitisation of the clinic.
Installed additional hand sanitiser pumps for staff and visitors
Improved layout to facilitate social distancing measures
Amended clinic capacity and appointment times to reduce client cross over and allow time for cleaning between clients.

We would like to thank you for your patience and understanding as we roll out these new measures. We have all had to adapt to living and working differently. These measures, whilst inconvenient are intended to improve the safety for all concerned.
