At the LBPC we work extremely hard to provide our patients with a first rate and comprehensive treatment at a price that is affordable. We continuously monitor our pricing structure to provide our patients with a service that is reasonably priced and competitive in the surrounding area.
Whilst many of our patients are form the Pool, Camborne and Redruth areas, the LBPC is situated right next to the A30, making it readily accessible to many in West Cornwall and beyond.
We welcome both new and returning patients at the Lady Basset Physiotherapy Centre and have confidence in our ability to positively assist you in your recovery and rehabilitation.

Insurance Companies
The LBPC is registered with most health insurance companies. We are able to bill some insurance companies directly and these rates may vary according to the contract we have with them. When making your appointment please inform us of your policy number and authorisation number.
If you will be using medical insurance, please check your policy as some insurance companies require a GP referral before they will pay for treatment (kindly provide us with your membership, policy and authorisation numbers). If you will be paying for the treatment yourself, then there is no need to go to your GP first, you can book online or phone the clinic directly to arrange an appointment.

Self-funding patients
At the LBPC we ask our patients to pay in full after each appointment. We accept Debit & Credit cards, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay and cash payments. A receipt can be issued upon request after each session.
Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments
If you do not attend an appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice you may be liable to a cancellation or missed appointment fee. Please see our terms and conditions for details.
