had the best massage! A lovely professional environment and therapist. She pinpointed each knot/pain or ache, and treated them until I couldn’t feel them any longer. You can really tell she knew exactly in which muscle the pain was and went all over my body muscle by muscle asking if I had any related pain elsewhere. I was super impressed and will be going back for sure! Totally recommend

I can highly recommend the physio in the home choice. My mum has only seen Pat twice at home to-date but she has already gone from a frail lady who was hardly talking, eating or moving from her chair to someone who’s now full of chat, eating small meals again, doing her exercises, with a little negotiation as to how many repetitions 🤭, moving around more freely and who’s now even wanting and waiting to get a new walker so she can go outside for short walks or even get on a bus to go further! Pat has transformed mum’s wellbeing and given her a life back again in such a short time. We can’t thank Pat enough!

My wife suffered from sciatica pain for a couple of months just taking prescribed painkillers with virtually no effect. Eventually she decided to get it treated at The Lady Baset Physiotherapy Centre and it turned out to be a great decision. Sonia Jeffries is an amazing physiotherapist and I recommend her without reservation. Sonia has been treating me for many years (as needed when I have flare ups) following a back operation required after a car accident. Sonia’s approach is holistic, empathetic and supportive. She is very easy to talk to and explains all parts of the treatment. You will be in safe hands if you choose Lady Bassett for your physiotherapy.

I was treated by Charlie she gave me a very high standard of care and treatment which resulted in an immediate improvement for my condition. I felt confident and reassured by Charlie’s expertise, because of her thorough explanation of my condition and appropriate treatment, she gave me stretches to do to help continue with the healing process. A few weeks ago, I hobbled in on crutches, in agony, to see Sonia.Yesterday, after four sessions with this professional, supportive and gifted lady, I walked out smiling, having already put my crutches away. Charlie was a great help with my daughter’s ongoing injury, and was able to help relieve discomfort and make a plan going forward in a way that other professionals hadn’t been able to. She took time to research the specific injury and find suitable resources to help. Charlie has a lovely way with her, and my teenage daughter felt really respected and cared for as a young athlete. We would definitely return to Charlie if needs be in the future and highly recommended her to others. Thanks so much!
