I can’t recommend Jenna at Lady Basset Physio Centre highly enough. I came in with ongoing back and neck pain, feeling unsure and a bit defeated — but Jenna changed everything. had the best massage! A lovely professional environment and therapist. She pinpointed each knot/pain or ache, and treated them until I couldn’t feel them any longer. You can really tell she knew exactly in which muscle the pain was and went all over my body muscle by muscle asking if I had any related pain elsewhere. I was super impressed and will be going back for sure! Totally recommend

I can highly recommend the physio in the home choice. My mum has only seen Pat twice at home to-date but she has already gone from a frail lady who was hardly talking, eating or moving from her chair to someone who’s now full of chat, eating small meals again, doing her exercises, with a little negotiation as to how many repetitions 🤭, moving around more freely and who’s now even wanting and waiting to get a new walker so she can go outside for short walks or even get on a bus to go further! Pat has transformed mum’s wellbeing and given her a life back again in such a short time. We can’t thank Pat enough!

Eventually she decided to get it treated at The Lady Baset Physiotherapy Centre and it turned out to be a great decision. During what seemed like a fairly routine physio appointment Jenna noted that I may benefit from a visit to my doctor and possible review to rheumatology. I was very unstable and generally had balance issues. Jenna wrote to my doctor the same day and I got an appointment within the week. My doctor arranged for urgent MRI scans which show that I have a condition called hydrocephalus which is causing most of my issues. I can't thank Jenna enough for her referral which has set me on the road to recovery pending the fitting of a shunt. Fully recommend this professional business and I'm sure I'll return when needed.

Prompt and professional service. The centre is very accessible, well signposted, with plenty of parking which removes a lot of stress. The Physiotherapist I saw was able to diagnose my problem, reassure me and give me excellent advice on how to proceed. My mind was put at rest and my injury healing well. Thank you very much - cannot recommend more highly.

We have been working with Pat, since my mum returned home from hospital a month ago. Having had a prognosis that in all likelihood my mum will not walk again. In these past 4 weeks, Pat has engineered some simple changes that have enabled my mum to stand unaided and with a new aim of her walking again within the next few weeks. The Lady Basset Physiotherapy Centre’s help, along with Pat’s hard work and endeavours have begun to transform our family’s bleak outlook for my mum’s quality of life into a possibility of her rightly enjoying what the future brings.

Pat has been very very helpful , she is making me feel so much more confident with my prolapsed disk , i have been stuck in the bed with severe pain for 5 weeks and Pat has got me up and moving with a walking aid , she has given me an excercise plan which has already made a difference in movement and pain . Highly recommed and Pat is lovely , friendly and i feel very comfortable with her helping me in my road to recovery
