Approach to Physiotherapy
I believe that with the right information, a tailored rehabilitation plan, and a positive mindset, most physical challenges can be effectively overcome. My approach focuses on empowering patients to take an active role in their recovery and long-term well-being.
Why I Love What I Do
Following an injury that led to my discharge from the military—and not receiving the care I needed at the time—I developed a strong commitment to helping others. Whether it’s supporting someone in walking to the corner shop or training for an Ironman, I’m driven to help people achieve their goals through compassionate, personalised rehabilitation.

Hobbies/Interests
I value quality time with my family—whether we're sharing meals, having meaningful conversations, or simply enjoying each other’s company. I also love spending time outdoors walking my dog; it’s a peaceful, rewarding way to connect with nature and unwind.
Exploring strategy and creativity through modern board games is another passion of mine. Whether it's a cooperative game night or a competitive challenge, I enjoy the depth and thoughtful design that these games offer.
Exercise plays a central role in my life. Regular strength training keeps me physically healthy, mentally focused, and resilient, while martial arts training builds discipline and aerobic fitness. The gym is my space to push limits, recharge, and maintain balance.
