Ankle , Calf & Foot Conditions

Achilles Tendinopathy
Achilles tendinopathy is inflammation or degeneration of the Achilles tendon, causing pain at the back of the ankle. We'll focus on exercises to strengthen the tendon and improve flexibility.
Ankle Fractures
Ankle fractures involve a break in one or more of the bones in the ankle joint, causing pain, swelling, and instability. Treatment may involve immobilization, rehabilitation exercises, or surgery depending on the severity of the fracture.
Lateral Ankle Sprain
Lateral ankle sprain involves stretching or tearing of the ligaments on the outside of the ankle, causing pain and instability. Treatment may include rest, ice, compression, and exercises to regain strength and stability.
Muscular Related Pain and Strains
Muscular related pain and strains in the lower legs or calves can result from overuse or muscle imbalance. We'll focus on stretching, strengthening, and techniques to alleviate discomfort and improve muscle flexibility.
Plantar Fasciitis
Plantar fasciitis (fas-ee-EYE-tis) is inflammation of the plantar fascia, a band of tissue that supports the arch of the foot. We'll focus on stretching, strengthening, and techniques like orthotics to alleviate pain and improve foot function.
Sciatica
Sciatica involves pain that radiates down the leg due to compression or irritation of the sciatic nerve. We'll develop a plan to relieve pressure on the nerve and improve your symptoms.
Shin Pain
Shin pain, often from shin splints or stress fractures, causes pain along the front of the lower leg. We'll focus on rest, proper footwear, and gradual return to activity to alleviate symptoms and prevent recurrence.
Tibialis Posterior Tendinopathy
Tibialis (tib-ee-AY-lis) posterior tendinopathy is inflammation or degeneration of the tibialis posterior tendon, causing pain along the inside of the ankle and lower leg. We'll focus on exercises and techniques to strengthen the tendon and improve foot alignment.
