Acute Torticollis
Acute torticollis (TOR-ti-KOL-is), or "wry neck," is a sudden twist of the neck that makes your head tilt to one side, often due to a muscle spasm. It can be quite painful, but we'll work on relaxing those muscles and getting your neck back in alignment.
Cervical Disc Dysfunction
Cervical disc dysfunction means there's an issue with one of the discs in your neck, like a herniation or wear and tear. It can cause neck pain and stiffness, and sometimes pain that radiates into your arms. We'll create a plan to manage your pain and improve your neck health.
Cervical Radiculopathy

Cervical Spinal Stenosis
Cervical spinal stenosis is when the space in your spinal canal narrows and puts pressure on your spinal cord and nerves. This can cause neck pain, numbness, and weakness. With the right exercises and treatments, we can help alleviate your symptoms.
Cervical Spondylosis
Cervical spondylosis (spon-dih-LOH-sis) is the natural wear and tear of the discs in your neck as you age. This can cause chronic neck pain and stiffness, and sometimes nerve compression. Together, we'll use exercises and treatments to manage your symptoms and keep your neck as healthy as possible.
Cervicogenic Headache
Cervicogenic headaches originate from issues in the neck, such as poor posture or muscle tension. We'll work on neck exercises, manual therapy, and posture correction to alleviate these headaches.
Exertion Headache
Exertion headaches are triggered by physical activity. We'll help you identify and manage triggers, and develop strategies to prevent these headaches.
Neck Strain
A neck strain occurs when the muscles or tendons in your neck get overstretched or torn, usually from poor posture or a sudden movement. This can cause some pain and tightness, but don't worry, we'll work together to ease those muscles and get you back to normal.
Tension Headache
Tension headaches are often caused by stress, poor posture, or muscle tension in the neck and shoulders. We'll focus on techniques to relieve muscle tension and improve your posture to reduce these headaches.
Thoracic Outlet Syndrome
Thoracic outlet syndrome happens when the nerves or blood vessels between your collarbone and first rib get compressed. This can lead to pain, numbness, and weakness in your shoulders and arms. We have effective treatments to relieve the pressure and improve your symptoms.
Whiplash
Whiplash is an injury that happens when your neck is suddenly jolted back and forth, often from a car accident. You might feel pain and stiffness in your neck, but with the right care, we can help you feel better soon.
