Upper Arm & Elbow Conditions
Biceps Rupture
A biceps rupture occurs when the tendon attaching the biceps muscle to the shoulder tears, causing sudden pain and weakness. Treatment may involve rest, rehabilitation exercises, or surgical repair depending on the severity.
Biceps Tendinopathy
Biceps tendinopathy is irritation or damage to the tendon connecting your biceps muscle to the shoulder. This can cause pain in the front of your upper arm. Through specific exercises and therapies, we'll help alleviate your symptoms and restore function.
Golfers Elbow - Medial Epicondylitis
Golfers Elbow - Medial Epicondylitis (ep-ih-kon-dih-LY-tis) is similar to tennis elbow but affects the inside of the elbow. We'll use techniques to reduce pain and stiffness, along with exercises to strengthen the affected muscles and tendons.
Tennis Elbow - Lateral Epicondylitis
Tennis Elbow - Lateral Epicondylitis (ep-ih-kon-dih-LY-tis) is an overuse injury causing pain on the outside of the elbow. We'll focus on reducing inflammation and strengthening exercises to help you regain pain-free movement.
Thoracic Outlet Syndrome
Thoracic (thuh-RAS-ik) outlet syndrome affects the nerves or blood vessels between your collarbone and first rib, leading to shoulder pain, numbness, and weakness. We'll work on techniques to relieve pressure in this area and improve your symptoms.
