Mechanical Back Pain
Mechanical back pain in the upper legs or thighs is typically related to movement and spine structure. We'll focus on posture correction, stretching, and strengthening exercises to relieve pain and prevent recurrence.
Muscular Related Pain
Muscular related pain in the upper legs or thighs can result from muscle strain or overuse. We'll focus on stretching, strengthening, and techniques to alleviate discomfort and improve mobility.
Proximal Hamstring Tendinopathy
Proximal Hamstring Tendinopathy: Proximal hamstring tendinopathy is pain and tenderness at the top of the hamstring muscles where they attach to the pelvis. We'll use specific exercises and therapies to strengthen and rehabilitate the tendons.
