Trigger finger is a condition where one of your fingers gets stuck in a bent position, often accompanied by pain and clicking. Treatment may involve splinting, exercises, or in some cases, injections or surgery.
Wrist Fracture
A wrist fracture is a break in one of the bones in your wrist, causing pain, swelling, and limited movement. Treatment may involve immobilisation, rehabilitation exercises, or surgery depending on the severity of the fracture.
