Wrist & Hand Conditions

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
Carpal tunnel syndrome occurs when the median nerve is compressed in the wrist, causing numbness, tingling, and weakness in the hand. We'll work on techniques to relieve pressure on the nerve and improve your symptoms.
De Quervain's Tenosynovitis
De Quervain's tenosynovitis is inflammation of the tendons on the thumb side of the wrist, causing pain and swelling. We'll focus on reducing inflammation and modifying activities to alleviate your symptoms.
Thumb Osteoarthritis
Thumb osteoarthritis is wear and tear of the joint at the base of the thumb, causing pain, stiffness, and weakness. We'll focus on exercises to strengthen the muscles around the thumb and improve function.
Trigger Finger
Trigger finger is a condition where one of your fingers gets stuck in a bent position, often accompanied by pain and clicking. Treatment may involve splinting, exercises, or in some cases, injections or surgery.
Wrist Fracture
A wrist fracture is a break in one of the bones in your wrist, causing pain, swelling, and limited movement. Treatment may involve immobilisation, rehabilitation exercises, or surgery depending on the severity of the fracture.
Wrist Osteoarthritis
Wrist osteoarthritis is the wear and tear of the cartilage in the wrist joint, leading to pain, stiffness, and decreased range of motion. We'll use exercises and therapies to manage your symptoms and improve wrist function.
