What is the Programme?

Our Postpartum Return to Exercise Programme is designed to help new mothers confidently and safely resume physical activity after childbirth. Whether it’s six weeks or several years after giving birth, our program supports women in staying active, motivated, and maintaining a strong body throughout motherhood and beyond.

This programme is a follow-up to the Postnatal MOT, and patients must have completed that assessment to ensure the treatment plans are suitable.

The programme consists of a tailored, personalised Self-Directed Postnatal Return to Exercise Programme, available in either 4 or 8 week blocks. Each block includes 3 x 30-minute exercise sessions per week. Our experienced, professional, and friendly physiotherapists ensure that each woman feels heard, understood, and confident during her return to fitness.
